- Which platform (device/model) are you playing on? LG V30 android
- Is it one item you purchased that gives this error, or multiple? I cannot purchase any item. All items give me this error when attempting to pay with money. I am able to purchase items with gems.
- What was the last item you were able to purchase? I have not purchased anything in months. The reason I have not purchased anything lately is because I previously purchased two items that I did not receive and had to go through Customer Service and it was not a pleasant experience.
