I restarted my device and the problem persists, I still cannot make a purchase. The error message reads I do not have the authorization omake purchases on this device.
I have also looked into my phone at my apps permissions and there are no restrictions on pvz 2. I also went into Google play and no authorizations are needed to make purchases.
I am able to make purchases in other game apps just not pvz 2. Are there any other options I'm not seeing? I've been googling it and following the instructions but to no avail. Just now I tried to do it to get a screenshot but there is now a cha ching sound but I don't get the item I'm trying to purchase. Help!
