Has anyone actually found a solution to this long-lived error message? I am completely unable to make purchases in PVZ2 on my Android. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, cleared data, checked payment methods in Google Play, contacted EA, scoured the internet and given a blood sacrifice to the game demon. Nothing fixes the error.

There has to be a solution to this. I mean, I have money. I want to give them my money. They will not take my money.

    I agree I don't know what's wrong with the game. I'm having the same problems. Deleted my account to start over with and still unable to buy gems and gauntlets. And things of that nature

    I have the same issue. But they are idiots. All they do is make the game look better instead of making the game work.
