Re: What does "Force Sync Player Data" do?

@Pauligon606 It should sync itself and you don't need to. I would be vary about that button. Sometimes you might be signed out of EA in the game and when you press sync, you sync yourself to an empty account and lost everything. The only time i ever use it is cause i have 2 devices on the same account, sometimes the progress in arena doesn't get transfer to the other one. It rarely happens but that is only when i used the force sync to see if it resolves.

@Perfume-shroom92 Okay I understand, I've been force syncing every time I leave the game but fortunately I wasn't logged out during the syncing.

    Good to know, thanks.

@marcepht If you signed up for EA's email registration scheme then you can get a unique code sent to your email address to restore your account from the backup servers.

    This takes about 5 minutes.

If you  have your player id number, you can contact EA HELP CENTER by tapping on help center at the bottom of this page.

Please note that EA can't/ won't restore an account without your player id number so please screenshot it and keep it safe.

If you have a new profile and can't get EA to recover your old one from the backup servers, they will add plants to your new startup account if you have proof of purchase from your purchase history.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PLAYER ID NUMBER MUST BE THE OLD ONE ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR MISSING ACCOUNT, THE ONE ISSUED WITH YOUR NEW ACCOUNT IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT AND USELESS TO YOU.

Hello @MAGICDAVESHROOM , thank you for the quick response. By the way i have an account from EA,

Q: where can i get the unique code from my email? And how to get it?

Q: regarding about they will give back plants i buy if i have the receipts which i have saved them. What about the plants i unlock from events and leveled up plants can they bring it back also?

And also i didnt save or screen shot my old player ID before, i think right now when i log in is the new player ID 🥺

    Thank you
