Missing bought seed packets

I bought 125 headbutter lettuce seed packets and then the game gave me ice bloom packets. When I looked at my play store purchase history, the item said "Gold bloom packets" why is it like that? The store is bugged. I need refund. I have screenshots but can only send personally
