Re: Why can't I restore my purchase

I've been having a lot of trouble and bugs with the game. I can't enter the shop because of the infinite RESTORING PURCHASES screen. Also, usually one of the daily challenges are to complete five Adventure levels for seed packets and I don't get any seed packets at all. Instead it went from complete five to complete only two adventure levels. Can someone please help with this issue? I'd like to talk to someone from EA Support to help resolve this issue for me.

The "Infinite Restoring Purchases" bug is a known issue that has been in the game for like half a year now. We call it "the Daisy of Doom" and you'll just have to wait until Popcap fixes this bug. There are two different Adventure level quests. However, none does reward seed packets:
Beat 2 Adventure Mode levels - Reward: 6 gems
Beat 5 Adventure Mode levels - Reward: 2 gems
The first one is only available for 'new players'. You'll count as a 'new player' whenever you (re)install. After two days you won't count as a 'new player' anymore and you'll get the second quest.
