@coolasice08 -- I hate it when things don't work right! OK, here's the deal: This site is a player-helping-player forum, and other than to mention that you aren't the first to report similar issues, I don't have a fix for this particular problem, so you will need to contact a game advisor. You can also contact Customer Support from within the game on iOS and Android by tapping Help in the game’s Main Menu, then filling out the form that appears in a browser window.
