[READ FIRST - INFO] Don't Lose Progress — Link Your PvZ 2 Account!

How to Link Your Plants vs. Zombies 2 Account and Save Your Progress

Why Link Your Account?

Linking your account is the safest way to ensure your progress is always saved, no matter where you play. As a bonus, you’ll receive 100 gems just for linking your account! Plus, linking to your EA Account, iCloud, or Google will ensure your progress stays secure across all your devices.

Remember: Linking your account is the only way to save your progress. Unfortunately, our advisors cannot restore lost progress, so make sure to link your account to avoid losing your data.

How to Link Your PvZ 2 Account

For iOS Users:

  1. Open PvZ 2 on your device.
  2. Complete the tutorial if this is your first time playing.
  3. Select the cloud icon at the bottom left of the home page.
  4. Tap Register email and log in with your existing EA Account.
    • If you don’t have an EA Account, select Create Account and follow the prompts.

Save Your PvZ 2 Progress Using iCloud:

  1. Open Settings on your device.
  2. Select iCloud and sign in with your iCloud account if you haven’t already.
  3. Select iCloud Backup, then toggle on iCloud Backup to ensure your progress is automatically saved across your Apple devices.

For Android Users:

  1. Launch PvZ 2 and tap the controller icon in the bottom-right corner of the main menu.
  2. Log in using your Google account.

Save Your PvZ 2 Progress Using Google:

  1. Once logged in, your game progress will automatically sync across your Android devices.

Can I Play PvZ 2 on Multiple Devices?

Yes! If you use the same iCloud or Google account, you can link PvZ 2 to multiple devices. Just be cautious: if PvZ 2 is accidentally deleted from one device, it could be deleted from all devices linked to the same account.

Can I Use More Than One iCloud or Google Account with PvZ 2?

While you can link different accounts to PvZ 2, doing so may risk syncing your game progress across different profiles. We advise against linking multiple iCloud or Google accounts to avoid accidental deletions of your game data.

How to Unlink a PvZ 2 Account

If you need to unlink your account from PvZ 2, the only way to do so is by deleting your game account. This action is permanent and will remove your game progress across all devices. Unfortunately, we cannot recover any in-game items or progress once your account is deleted, and you won’t be able to recover it on a different device.

Having Trouble Accessing Your Game?

If you're locked out of your game or have lost your device, please visit EA Help to get in touch with an advisor. You'll need to provide your Player ID for assistance. Without your Player ID, we won’t be able to locate your account or help with restoring progress.

Remember, we cannot restore any lost progress, so always ensure your account is linked to save your game!
