It's pointless posting this as EA HELP CENTER are the only people that can help you as they have administrative access.
This is a players forum and all we can do is offer helpful advice unless an EA dev happens to come across this and wave a magic wand.

This is an open forum where most members are just players and have no access to the backup server to help restoring your old game save data.
Looking at the two images, my reaction is that if you have deleted the game 8.1.1 (May 2020).then wishing to have it recovered it on release 11.4.1 (April/May 2024) would be a big ask, not sure how far back the advisor can go back to dig up game save data from the server.
I am sorry to tell you that your only hope is EA Help Center, if the advisors cannot help you in recovering your old progress then no one else can.
