Recover old plants vs zombies account in iphone

@foxxylikeme Hey, if your synced up your account on your old phone I think you just log in with that one and it should keep your progress. 

If you were on Android and now on ios I think you're out of luck, sorry. 

its confusing advise..... this game isnt even saved via Apple Game Center ID. for all i know his PvsZ nickname is associated with his FB account if he did signed in with his FB when he was still using his old mobile his progress can be retrieved and continued in any device. correct me if im wrong.....

The previuous answers were in written 2016 so there had been many changes since.

Cross platform support has been made available for many years now, the steps are below.

1. On the old device (android im your case), start the App, click the cloud button and register your email so it ties to your saved progress.

2. Install the game on the new device (iPhone in your case), start the App and and repeat the same emial register.  Once this is done, you will receive an email to verify you are the account holder.

3. after successful email verification, you will get an ID conflict and given a choice to recover your old account.  Please ensure to select the correct ID (with your gems, coins and plants earned) as if you chose to start a fresh one, your old progress will be overwritten.
