Recovering deleted progress on account after christmas update

You need to contact the help center (link at bottom of this page) with your original player ID for assistance.  

Note.  The player ID is a long string of text and numeral over 30 characters length and certainly not the one you have listed, "5DA3E10B" is incomplete and the advisor will not be able to work with this information.
