@kimmyh51 I suggest report the bug using the Help button in the game. For “Select a topic” choose “Report a Bug.” Don’t go to Answers HQ. use the “Contact Us” button. Fill out game, platform, etc. For “Select Topic” click “Report a Bug”. For “Select Issue” click “Give Feedback” and describe your issue(s). They won’t answer you directly, but they’ll create a case and will look at it. If enough people do this, maybe they’ll fix it.
@eieio_31310 i too have the screen orientation bug, it usually happens as I'm about to start arena or a penny's pursuit level and there's no way i can get back to full screen without leaving the game so i lose my match/ penny's pursuit rewards and arena match.
It only seems to happen on my new phone, samsung A71 version 10 (quiche).
@MAGICDAVESHROOM on my iPhone I only need to rotate the phone it corrects itself, I did not realise this has a worse effect on some of the Android devices.
One thing I have noticed is the audio limiter on the Android devices seems to be able to keep the audio output running after a very loud (squeaking) sound when there are lots of chickens appearing onto the screen, sadly Apple has a more restrict audio handling and every time I hear a pop then I need to reset the loudness of my phone's ring tone, not something pleasant to do in a quiet or crowded area.
@eieio_31310 i also hear the burst of loud zombie chickens trying to escape from my phone but i usually have the sound off so it doesn't bother me.
This is what the phone orientation bug is like on my new phone, with my old phone it resets back to full screen.
This is worse than I imagine. So is this just showing up on your new phone and the old one (where the old one can recover)? Are they both loaded with the same version of Android?
