Register Email Not Working Pvz2

I am trying to transfer my pvz2 account from an old phone to my new one, I have successfully registered the Email on my old phone. However when I try to register on my new phone, it brings me to a separate website asking me to log into my EA account. I entered my email and put in the verification code, but it either just asks me to do it again, or brings me to a gray screen.
