I thought it was only 50 gems, but if you registered the first time when that update went wrong months ago, then you have already had them and won't get any more.
If this is the first time you've registered your account then contact EA help and tell them as they are the only people who can give you your missing gems.

Was there a message telling you that you were not registered ? Still contact EA to see if you can receive the 100 GEMs.

Contacted EA re the invisible gems, then next time I put on game - voila! My 100 'conscientiously-viably-no-dolphins-harmed-sourced-by-dwarves-paid-a-living-wage-&-no-zero-hour-contracts-with-health-&-dental' gems!

I didn't get my 100 gems i refreshed 5 times and still I didn't get my 100 gems if EA please contact me when I get my 100 gems. Thank you🙂
