Registering my email I did not get 100 gems award Plants v Zombies 2

Opening my game this morning, it asked me to register my EA account email address, with a promise of 100 gems as reward. i haven't got the gems, is there something else I have to do? Many thanks ...

    Aunty,

    Was there a message telling you that you were not registered ?  Still contact EA to see if you can receive the 100 GEMs.

For me, it was originally 20 gems at first but after I read many horror stories from players, I decided to leave it out, then it got increased to 50 gems and today they have up it to 100!

I am just wondering how high will this go up?

EA needs more email addresses for some reason...the price of resources is not a big deal to them at all !!
