Reinstalling game and new content disappeared.

Last time I did it it was the same problem and support fixed it. Now support haven't fixed it so what can I do ? It's like updates are missing and just  basic game is provided.  I can't update my g...

    If you are talking about the items on offer from the shop then this is intentional.

    This is because after re-installation of PVZ2 App, the player is being classed as a new player for 2 days (hence the Starter Pack), during this time, you will only be given the initial shop items, normal shop offers will return after 2 days.

Okay, that's good to know.
That information they could have provided me when I contacted help but they didn't 😮. Thanks a lot, this info helped me, I was already terrified that I have to wait to next week .
