[Bug] Ads not working and Gems not received in Plants vs. Zombies 2

Question

Hello, I have 2 issues in Plants vs. Zombies 2:

1. Ads not working:

When I try to watch ads for rewards, the game says “maxed out” even though I have not watched any ads that day. This happens every day.

2. Gems not received:

I should get gems from [event / daily reward / arena / purchase — please specify], but the gems never appear in my account.

Device: [Your phone model, e.g. Samsung Galaxy A15]

OS: [Your Android version, e.g. Android 15]

Player ID: [Your EA/Player ID if you know it]

You folks ain't alone. Sometimes it works but situation is NOK since last 3 days. Even after the latest update and following the recommended steps, nothing is working as expected.

Can this be checked with priority?
