"Rent a plant" - inactive

When attempting to play all 8 daily activities, one is rent a plant. I click on it and takes me to a world. No matter what plants I do select or not select, the rent a plant remains grey and I cannot select a plant. I don't have all the plants (plants collected: 203 of 208), so I don't know why that button "Rent a plant" remains inactive - I have this issue from over two weeks! Every day I cannot complete the daily activities, every day I lose that 3 gems (now, 3×2 gems) reward.

I must say that in my Settings I do have "Rent a plant offers" checked.

Is there a bug or what? Are there other players in the same situation?
