Subject: Request for Assistance with Lost Game Data

Dear EA Support,

I am reaching out because all of my data for Plants vs Zombies 2 has been unexpectedly deleted and reset to the beginning of the game. I am extremely frustrated, as I have invested a significant amount of money into this game.

Could you please assist me in restoring my account data? My player ID is medic5312.

No one here have access to EA server, to recover your account, the only option you have is to follow the Help Center link at the bottom of this page and seek help from an advisor.

Forget to add that you will need to provide your original player ID so the advisor knows which account to be reloaded from the backup server.
