&nbsp;Hello EA/PopCap Support Team,My name is Manh, and I am a long-time fan of Plants vs. Zombies 2 from Vietnam. I have been playing the game for many years and always enjoy the creativity and fun it brings.Recently, I noticed that all in-app purchases, including premium plants, are disabled for players in Vietnam. Many dedicated Vietnamese players, including myself, would love to continue supporting the game financially, but this restriction prevents us from doing so.I would like to kindly ask if you could provide clarification on the following:Is this purchase restriction for Vietnam permanent?Are there any plans to re-enable in-app purchases for Vietnamese players in the near future?If in-app purchases cannot be re-enabled for Vietnam, is there any official legal alternative that allows Vietnamese players to purchase premium plants, such as using a different region or special payment method? I am happy to follow any approved method to support the game without needing a full country-wide enablement.We, the Vietnamese community of PvZ 2, truly value this game and wish to continue supporting it. Enabling purchases—or providing a legal workaround—would not only benefit the players but also show appreciation for loyal fans who have been with the game for years.Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I think about purchase, its control from Google Playstore, you can add payment first in folder Setting, Payment and subscription,. There are option do payment method,&nbsp; verification, subscription..&nbsp;

Hello,Thank you for your response.I have already set up my payment methods in Google Play, and other apps allow me to make purchases normally. The issue is not related to my Google Play payment settings.The problem is that *Plants vs. Zombies 2 does not allow any in-app purchases in Vietnam at all*. Every purchase option in the game is disabled, and the message “You are not authorized to purchase” appears even when my payment method is valid.Many Vietnamese players are experiencing the same issue, so it seems to be a regional restriction set by EA/PopCap, not Google Play.Could you please confirm:1. Whether in-app purchases for Plants vs. Zombies 2 are disabled for Vietnam, and &nbsp;2.
