The Reward (Frost Bonnet Seed Packets) is not yet Given
Good morning, all. I have some issues here. I have completed the Frost Bonnet tournament when I have reached 500 points crown during the arena season. But I haven't received the reward (Frost Bonnet seed packets). My current Frost Bonnet is in level 5, I have 270 seed packets before, because I have completed the Thymed Event: Frost Bonnet. I just bought extra +10 seed packets from the almanac of this plant. And, I have already completed the reward in the arena, yet I don't get the prize even today. Please help me, all. Hello EA Support, I lost my old Plants vs. Zombies 2 progress after changing my phone. I have used the same Google account and EA account, but both identities now show a new game with only 2 plants. I have 134 old achievements on Google Play Games and purchase receipts from December 2022. I would like help recovering my old game progress and purchased plants. Gems, Coins, Gauntlets, Candies, and Sprouts (the whole Zen Garden, actually), and even progress in Endless Zones all got reset to zero upon loading the game for the first time in some months. The few obtained resources came from playing an event mission to be certain they weren't updating late.
PvZ 2 keeps mixing up my collected resources!
It started about a week ago, where when I was going to play the harvest festival event, I opened the game and suddenly had 240 event energy and 2800 event tokens! I was happy at first, but then I though that this might mean it can turn out bad for me too. It happened a few more times. My gems jumped from 20 to 260, my Penny Fuel from 0 to 25, my Mints from 20 to 160. Other strange things happened to. Power Ups don't appear at the bottom of the screen during a level anymore! The entire thing for them is just... gone! Even during the level they were introduced! And the final straw was when I opened arena today, and my points for the season jumped from about 30.. to 435. And I got NONE of the rewards! Does anyone know how this can be fixed or what is causing this?Scariest shroom'sssing seeds
