RESOLVED – Marked As Solution For Visibility

Hey everyone, just jumping in with an update.

The team was aware of a bug earlier today that caused some players to see their mints, gems, coins, and other resources drop to zero. A fix has now been rolled out, and most players should see their previous balances fully restored.

If anything is still missing for you, please reach out to EA Help/Support.

I just logged in a few minutes ago and was taken aback BIG TIME that all my hard earned coins, gems, candies, gauntlets, arena points and Feastivus socks disappeared. I play PVZ 2 every single day as a form of relaxation. Now I am very stressed out about it! 😭I am not mad, more on depressed, but please help me! I had 272k coins, 1,160 Gems, 700 candies, 333 gauntlets, 60 Arena Points and 200 Feastivus Socks. I hope they will come back. 😭
