Sorry to say this but it seems to be a widespread problem right now with purchases. You have to file a missing content report with the site and they are requesting PC only screen shots of your various pieces of information. Yes, all those things are to be taken in screenshots, which they want from PC only. The screenshot of your receipt you've shared here on this page, you should take down or delete for your own account safety. Another player suggested requesting a manager or supervisor if they can't do mobile screenshots only or also. I've moved on to requesting a refund for what I didn't get in the week since I make my purchase on July 14, 2021. All the best for getting your business properly sorted.
