I got my items back after several negotitations with EA Help. However, I found that I could not purchase of some new item again (e.g. Solar Sage early access bundle) as the system reported the items was possessed.
So you do have it now? I bought the bundle today and it's just the marigold loading screen and I still have no solar sage.
