Profile changed

I am an older long term player with different profiles on one account.  Yesterday the account i use most often lost all the points and mints.  All my plants and progress is still there. BUT now I have adds and I paid to stop that year's ago.  The other profiles are all still correct and don't have adds etc..not loving this.. I don't care re gems and coins..but not doing adds after all these years. I have synced..uninstalled and re installed. What can I do to get rid of ads again
