Reward not claimed Plants Vs Zombies
Was not able to claim reward after Grapeshot Garden Tournament last week.
I was rank four then.
Can this be redeemed still? That was a waste of a weeks game play if I'm not able to redeem it ☹️.
Here is what happened.
I was anxiously waiting for the tournament to end on my Android Phone.
When it ended the reward did not pop out.
So I went back to Maps then went back to BattleGround.
But it pop out an error on internet connection (But there is nothing wrong with the internet)
So I clicked retry, but the reward was not reflected on my status and the new Garden Tournament already started (Just this weeks new tournament).
Hopefully somebody there could help me out on how I could redeem my unclaimed rewards.

If you read the other posts then you would have noticed that a Lot of other players have had this problem and EA claim to be looking into it.
(I think they had a server problem).
I suggest you put in a complaint through the help center (below) telling them what you expected to get and hopefully thEAy will fix your problem but in the meantime look in the online shop for a 10 coin goodie bag (what they give us in lieu of an apology).
