Hmmm, base on your information, 13x purchases give you 520 seed packages, this averaging out as 40 seed packages per purchase.
So assuming the RNG stays unchanged, if you want to take a new level 8 Blover to level 9, it requires 1500 seed packages, then it works out as (37.5) 38 purchases, and to take a new level 9 to max requires 2000 seed packages, then a further 50 purchases.
Total of 88 purchases at 100 gems each = 8800 gems.
Wow that is a lot of gems! so you better start saving if you want to have a 0 sun cost Blover.....
