Seed reward to unlock Maybee not received .

Ok. My problem is the following, only '5' crowns to get the streak of '500' crowns to get the remaining seeds to unlock Maybee the following happened, I started the game, I chose my plants and I started to make my defense, I go out of the application and when entering the application crashes, I entered the tournament and I see that I have the '500' crowns, and yes, therefore it marks me that they gave me the seeds when it was not so, I decided to play again to see If they gave me the seeds and unfortunately it didn't happen, I don't know what to do about it, EA hasn't responded to me and I'm desperate.&nbsp;

Are you playing the game on more than one device? I ask because this could happen if they are out of sync.

There is not much you can do except contacting EA HELP CENTER and open a 'Missing Content' case and hopefully, the advisor can help adding the missing seeds to you account so you can have the plant unlocked,

I did, they just tell me they will update me when they can fix the problem, 7 days from that mail. It's not that difficult for them to give me the seeds ☹️
