Just backed it up but it backed up like 40 MB of data and the size of the app on my phone is more than 1 gb for sure. I am not sure it was backed up correctly, if you have any suggestions please share them with me.

If you didn't get the seed rewards for passing crown totals then you should make out a missing content report to EA HELP.
They do actually respond to those.
Send some helpful screenshots with your complaint.

Hi @Atanatos1st, As @MAGICDAVESHROOM suggest you can reach out to an advisor for missing content, while you are in game you can go to settings > help > Scroll to the bottom to "Contact Us"

I suggest you read the hints and tips thread, full of useful pvz2 info.
If you sign up to EA's email registration scheme it provides a quick and EAsy way for a player to recover a lost account.
ALWAYS keep a screenshot of your player id number somewhere safe, preferably in multiple places.
EA HELP can't/won't help a player that cannot provide the correct player id number, no matter how bad the problem or how much was spent on the game.
I feel so sorry for those players, some have been playing for years and spent a lot of money only to lose their account through no fault of their own and because they don't have the correct player id number have either got to restart or quit.
