Special Event Tokens Always Cannot Won Fully Amount

Same issue facing on all Special Token Events, now the latest event Festival also cannot fully won fully amount of tokens.

Start mission 20 with 545pcs token, after mission completed won 70pcs token, but latest total token only 550pcs.
