    This is too bad, that combo was a posibility to fight high-lvl plants users and hackers.
    It was fun and the cost of 1 plant food make it limited so you had to know when to use it. 
    I think of pay for premium plants but every day in EVERY tournament I see at start how players gets 200+ points in less than an hour and gets 1 place of the league while at the same time that hackers make youtube videos and facebook posts  showing their ultrahighscores 
    Why should I spend money for a service that is that kind of bad... I remember that Clash of clans had not this problem with hackers, making imposible to hack gems and other stuff.
    You should take a look at that, I'm tired of getting beaten by a player with level 10 caulipower and electric peashooter. 

    Mid-class players are hurt for this change as this leaves no posibilties of equaling hackers, you also diminished the amount of seed packets that can be bought per day. I've never seen a Dusk lobber lvl 5 -6 7 8 9, but 10, every Dusk lobber is max leveled while I player days and nights to get lvl 4. 
    Please, do something about hackers (not only max level plants, but also infinite gaunlets). When going up to better leagues you can't earn anything than 0 gems or going down because of this people.

I'm reading on facebook how this change has ended the streak of ALL of the non-hackers players, and hackers saying "Silver and gold are more competitive" because that leagues are full of them.

The people at EA are control freaks.  They want to control how people play the game so it matches their vision of how they thought people should play the game.

In the past you could pick a strategy with a few plants and combos and get that strategy to work in all sorts of different environments.  That meant you didn't have to spend coins and gems on powering up EVERY SINGLE PLANT  in the game.  But EA doesn't like that so they took away the ability of players to concentrate on a few plants.  You can't just buy a lot seeds of the plants you like.  Now you're forced to poke along and keep getting seeds of all of the plants in the game because that is how the game developers think PVZ2 should be played.

It is very frustrating when you come up with a combo that works and then the game developers take it away because they never envisioned the plants being used that way.

Fricken control freaks.

And they can't pass it off as doing these things to enhance game play or whatever.  If they were really concerned with enhancing game play they'd fix Battlez, which is a mess.

    Sure for next patches they will ban Dusk Lobber and Winter Melon

      LOL. Please refrain from giving them more ideas..... :-)

      I am still hoping this was just an oversight and it will get fixed on the next update.
