State of the newer plants in PvZ2

Its very wierd to see how inconsistent the plant animations now these days, some are choppy, dont fit the art style and some have easing and some dont. What is going on? Can this be fixed? Its not good, if you look online youll see many others with the same complaint, please do something about this
