Store glitch in Plants vs Zombies 2 again!!!!!!!

Pvz2 store  not working for quite a while. I seriously had enough of the ill-will of EA games and i can't even get in touch with their support team to finally fix this bug, but whenever i try to buy anything at the store, the annoying error appears and i'm unable of purchasing anything. Don't they know how  much of money they could  be gaining if they simply were good-willed enough tofix this  for good? I found the image  on the internet, but this is exactly what i'm going trough as of now
