@LeonHeng12 Hey, what phone do you have? Perhaps the game isn't compatible with that phone?
That said, perhaps some troubleshooting will help? I'd start by restarting the phone, just turn it off and on again.
If this has no effect you can try reinstalling the PvZ2 app instead.

Thanks for the reply. My phone is Samsung Galaxy S6 edge.
Restarting my phone does not help.
I have purchased a few in-game products mainly the exclusive plants. I read some other people lost their exclusive plants after reinstalling. I just wanna make sure reinstalling will not affect my progresses and exclusive plants that i purchased.- EA_David10 years ago

@LeonHeng12 Ah, sorry. I misunderstood and thought that you couldn't ever play on your current phone.
As long as your account is already synced up you shouldn't lose any progress with a reinstall.

- Anonymous8 years agoHi, what if you really don't want to unnistall it, because for my account, the progress never saved for some reason, and I have 2 of the new mints with alot of premium plants, and I really do not want to lose all of that also including that I have finished the game. Is there any other possible way so I won't unnistall it?

Make certain you have a screenshot or write down your player i.d. number so if you lose your profile then EA can restore it from their backup servers.

Hello i deleted pvz2 and downloaded it again and all it says is starting
