Penny’s Pursuit - Perk Progression bug - only registers lvl1 wins

Hi Team, in the current Dartichoke event, initially the perk progression was stuck on 1/63 even though I cleared multiple levels on mild difficulty. 
Just now I realized that when I randomly replayed level 1 few times on mild difficulty it moved again but replaying any other levels doesn’t register. 

restarted the app few times; did cloud force sync, etc. no luck. 

any suggestions on how to fix this issue. Thanks
