@LeonHeng12 Hey, what phone do you have? Perhaps the game isn't compatible with that phone?
That said, perhaps some troubleshooting will help? I'd start by restarting the phone, just turn it off and on again.
If this has no effect you can try reinstalling the PvZ2 app instead.

Restarting my phone does not help.
I have purchased a few in-game products mainly the exclusive plants. I read some other people lost their exclusive plants after reinstalling. I just wanna make sure reinstalling will not affect my progresses and exclusive plants that i purchased.

@LeonHeng12 Ah, sorry. I misunderstood and thought that you couldn't ever play on your current phone.
As long as your account is already synced up you shouldn't lose any progress with a reinstall.
