Stuck on "Starting..." in Plant vs Zombies 2 -Androld Phone

I am stuck on "Starting..." in Plant vs Zombies 2 while updating. It stays like this for a few days (weeks maybe).

@LeonHeng12 Ah, sorry. I misunderstood and thought that you couldn't ever play on your current phone.

As long as your account is already synced up you shouldn't lose any progress with a reinstall.
