Hello EA Support Team,
I am having trouble accessing my old Plants vs. Zombies 2 account. Even though I am absolutely sure about the registered email address, whenever I try to log in, the game starts a brand new account instead of loading my old progress. I have tried all of my potential email addresses, but none of them worked.
Here are the details of my lost account:
- In-game Username: ATMEN
- Account Content: I had many unlocked plants, leveled-up cards, and various rewards/achievements earned from past completed in-game events.
I am 100% sure about the email address connected to this account, but the system just won't sync my progress. Could you please check your database for the username "ATMEN" and help me recover my years of hard work and progress?
