Hi! I've recently replied to my EA Advisor and they sent me an email. (See picture that I've been uploaded below.)
I've upload an another attachment on my case regarding to my issue which is the screenshot of my current Player ID for PvZ 2. I clicked the resume button on my case and the website redirected me here (I've attached a picture contains the website of the Contact EA.)
Do I still need to submit a case or not?
