Update: I managed to have a live chat with the advisor but after a whole morning of various attempts on resetting and reloading the data from the backup server, it seems the only resetting part was occurring on one of my profile (which co-incidentally, the profile that was not corrupted) the other profiles seems to have either no backup or the backup is also corrupted. 😞
Since I have one of my older iPhone still have the correct data, I could play the game as normal but I have to ensure it is not synced to the server until I have unlocked Mangofier and spend as much as I can with my gems on seeds. I guess I should be able to get most of my world plants to M200 after hours of tapping!.
Just to notify that the Failed to sync player data issue is now back again (as of 27th August evening UK time), I have my other phones back up again now just in case.
The moral of the story is, you should never leave too many game resources in the game profile.🥳
