    Well, I'm jealous.  I've been fighting with EA help for over three weeks to get my progress restored.  I mostly get no response and the chats give me conflicting information.  Years of daily play and over 30 plants at mastery suddenly gone and I can;t even get a decent response.

    @Hadon15   There are (few) advisors who can help to restore player's account  by relinking the email address with the correct player ID, IF you have your original player ID, I suggest be persistent and keep trying until you reach such an advisor or waste  years of efforts on the game.

    Look at that; give Kudos to an EA rep, and they get right on it.
    A three-week-long issue with Blaze Leaf and IOS? Crickets, nada, zip.
