There is some sort of bug that is shutting down the systems in the Arena
Just when I'm at the end of the game, it freezes & shuts down.

This happens to me, too. Any explanation for this? I’m playing on an iPhone 11.
Do yourselves a favor and read any of the posts here on the front page that say "arena" or "crash:. There's quite a few of them.
Not helpful. If there are many, then fix it.

OK. I'll pull out my magic wand and just sweep it away. We've put the info out there. It's your responsibility to make use of it.

This is a players forum, occasionally an EA employee looks in (they have an EA prefix on their names) but basically EA uses it as a free resource to help out EA HELP CENTER.
This is happening to me too. And I’ve tried all the things they say to try downloading the game again closing it out and opening it again I even got a whole new phone and it’s happening on my new phone too so yeah I don’t know they need to fix that

This is a user forum so we just offer advice on workarounds. Our advice: don't use winter plants. Visit any of the mini forums (level 1, Mastery, non Mastery, etc.) to see what we're doing to win games now
