two problem, creating profile itslf and about ads
the game keep creating new profile for me, name user dave plus a number, now 27, and it would start a new game itself. It is annoying, how to fix? And i made perchase in this game time to time, and the ads in game was disappeared after first time i bought something last year. but after account problem recently , the ads showed up again and not disappear even i bought something recently. So old player's buy something for ad free is gone after account crsis? i really need help with these two problem. my accout information is listed below.
