Unable to buy plants in PvZ2

Hi

I repeatedly cannot buy plants in PvZ2. But it depends, sometimes off wifi I can. I have updated my google play stuff and they say the problem is not at their end. The error message I get is <missing_product_bundle_beansprout_25_consumable_tis>

What can be done about it so I can buy it (and diamonds). I am.on a 9 day clock.
