Unable to claim previous purchases?
I had purchased the Peanut when I played the game a few years ago. I restored purchases, but I can't claim the peanut? It says "claim" but when I click it it takes me to the buy gems screen. What do I do?

I think you can only restore cash premium plants.
Peanut has been changed from a cash premium plant to a gem premium plant a long time ago, so to get Peanut again for your game, I am afraid you will need to buy it with 100 gems. However, if you still have the receipt that you had paid cash for this plant, you can try contact EA HELP CENTER by clicking the link at the bottom of this page and make out a 'missing content' claim.
Please note that the advisor will need both the receipt and your player ID to add the missing plant back to your account.
