Unable to complete purchase Appease-mint only
I really wanted to buy the unlock Appease-mint but for some strange reason it's the only mint that I cannot buy I bought the Torchwood seeds, and can proceed with purchase no problem of other mints, but not Appease-mint. Also it would take months before I can buy it with mint.. Hopefully this bug resolves before the end of Black Friday sale and the option expires in the shop.
Kindly take a look at the attached file for the error message that pops out whenever I try purchasing the Appease-ment unlock. Also here is the following details for the resolution of this bug:
- Game: Plants vs Zombies 2
- Username: BCTAFALLA
- Time the bug was observed: 6:00am GMT+8
- Date the bug was observed: 25 November 2023
- Device: Samsung Galaxy A34 5G (Android Version 14)
I tried the following and nothing is working:
- Restarting my device and game
- Uninstalling and reinstalling tje game
- Clearing the app's cache
- Waiting 10 seconds in the Arena and open the store from there
- Updating the Adroid device the PvZ2 app, and the Google Play store
