Hi @Bellydancergirl, To check does your last purchase show as completed in your order history?

    My last purchase was in August and it completed successfully.

      Also I've made other purchases within other apps that were successful, as recently as yesterday.

        I am having the exact same issue and EA hasn't been very helpful.
