Unable to Find Pepper-mint on the Store

Hello! I redownloaded Plants vs Zombies 2 a couple days ago to look back at my old profile. I played for a bit, not really much. So the game gave me an notification about "Pepper-mint being in the shop", excited to finally spend my 200 Mints only to find it not even in the shop. The game gave me a notification and it was not even true. I checked the shop using another device and behold: It was on the store. Comparing both devices show a lot of stuff in the shop is missing. How do i renew the shop to the correct one?
