I have been unable to make purchases in Plants vs Zombies 2 for over a week. I get an error message that says "Unable to complete purchase. Please try again later." There is no error code number. My payment method seems to be correct. I am using a Moto G Power 2021. My last purchase was April 13, 2023. I have rebooted, restarted the game, and run all Google Play system updates. In searching your help forums I see that many people are also reporting this problem but I have not found any responses from the company with a solution.I'm sure you would like for people to spend money in your games. Please let me know how to fix this issue so that I can make purchases.

I have been unable to make purchases as well during this time and reaching out to EA support was unsuccessful. I had stupidly tried re-installing the game and lost all progress I had and all purchases I had made. Hope this get resolved soon.

I had this issue about a year ago where i cannot purchse plants and it also kept saying cannot restore plants or purchases so I lost all the plants I had brought. I uninstalled the app. Now I have downloaded and started playing again these past couple of months as I do enjoy the game. I even brought more plants but now it is doing the same again and I am hoping I don't end up losing my purchases again. Come on software owners you need to be fixing this after this long otherwise u gonna lose money from people not being able to buy and you could be liable for making people buy stuff then taking it away from them. This should be fixed already.

I am also experiencing this. I get the error message every time I enter the store, and any time I try to make a purchase.

This seems to be a recurring problem. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the game, I've rebooted the phone, nothing seems to work.
I would appreciate some help.

To add to this saga, I've even performed a factory reset on the device and still am unable to make purchases.
Is there anyone from EA looking at these boards?

It is now September 15th, 2023, & THIS ISSUE IS STILL ONGOING!!?!?? We are literally begging them to take our money, yet they completely ignore us!?!? As much as I love this game (& I REALLY do...PvZ 2 is probably my FAVORITE mobile game of all time), but if this issue continues & EA continues to ignore it/us, I'm going to have to delete my account & uninstall it! At this point, the fact that they're still ignoring it/us is starting to feel like intentional disrespect! I/We should've have to work/try so hard to give our money to someone!?!
Does anyone know/Has anyone heard ANYTHING about this?? Does anyone know how to fix it??
