Notes from a helpful friend from subreddit Euphoric-Seaweed reporting there was a data push about 15 hours ago which sends out copies of every single level of the game in RTON format.
Please let us know the result once you have tried.

I have tried installing and reinstalling a few times already today up to no avail. Its just gives me the same error. Is it possible the error is due to me playing the game in another device using same account.

Not very likely, there are lots of players running the game on multiple devices, me included and not experiencing this problem. May I ask what is the make and the model of the device you are having problem with?

Just got it working, I uninstalled it on one device and the downloaded it on another and it worked.
I don’t know if uninstalling it had anything to do with it but when I came to reinstall it came up with another ID as well as my own.

It is normal to get two IDs (a new one and an old one) after the account is revcovered by email, you just need to make sure that the correct one (the original one with your old progress) ID selected or you will be losing your progress, then after two days of being treated as a new starter, everything should be back to normal.
